Scott is the owner and locksmith behind CNS Locksmiths, with more than 15 years of experience in the locksmith industry.

As a Victorian security licence holder, Scott personally attends every job — from emergency lockouts and broken keys to lock repairs, replacements and security upgrades.

There are no subcontractors and no call centre. When you call CNS Locksmiths, you deal directly with Scott.

Scott is known for being precise, thorough and exceptionally particular about his workmanship. He takes the time to understand the problem, explain the options clearly and make sure the job is done properly — not simply quickly.

He believes good locksmithing is about more than getting a door open. It's about doing the work carefully, using the right solution for the property and leaving customers confident that their home, business or belongings are secure.

A locksmith you can speak to directly

For Scott, communication is just as important as the work itself. He'll explain what he recommends, why it's needed and what your options are before getting started.

That straightforward approach, combined with his attention to detail and pride in his workmanship, is a big part of how Scott works with every customer.

When Scott isn't working, you'll usually find him at home with his wife and three sons — working on projects around the house, shooting hoops, kicking a soccer ball or planning the family's next adventure.

CNS Locksmiths is a local business built around one simple idea: do good work, communicate honestly and look after every customer's property as if it were your own.
